  1.  Completely quit eating sugar and sugar products. And this step will be the most complicated for you, we know that for sure because we’ve passed through it too. Give yourself some time to adapt to such drastic changes.
  2.  Get rid of grains like wheat, corn, and rice.  No more oatmeals and cereals in the morning please)
  3.  Get rid of vegetable oils and fats like:
    • Sunflower oil
    • Safflower oil
    • Canola oil
    • Corn oil
    • Soybean oil
    • Margarine
